providing structure to your unstructured Microsoft Office XP Word documents.
To provide uniformity to the documents a Word template is created. The Smart
Tag structured data is retrieved from a SQL Server database. Once the document
is completed, the user simply sends the completed document. The distribution
list is provided in a Smart Tag and sent using Microsoft Exchange Server.
When the document arrives at the Exchange server, SQL Server is updated
and the document is automatically saved to SharePoint Portal Server for
searching and retrieval.With SmartShare, document
status, including late and missing documents is displayed on your Digital
Dashboard along with the other data critical to managing your business.
